Hot Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. onions
    60 hot peppers (1/2 red, 1/2 green)
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Grind onions and peppers.
    Heat sugar, salt and vinegar to boiling.
    Add onion and peppers.
    Cook 3 minutes only.
    Fill sterilized jars and seal.
    Makes 6 pints.
