Good Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and margarine together.
    Add sugar, then 1 egg at a time.
    Sift flour and baking powder together and add to batter alternately with milk.
    Add flavoring.
    Set in cold oven; turn oven to 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
    Cool.
