Corn Puddin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream-style corn
3 to 4 Tbsp. flour, sifted
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine corn, well beaten egg, sugar, salt and pepper.
To this, add 1/2 of margarine (melted) and sprinkle flour into mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into baking dish and dot with rest of margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
