Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles
    2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 bunch spinach
    6 cooked, crumbled bacon slices
Preparation
    Stir together first 9 ingredients.
    Pour over cleaned spinach (tough stems removed).
    Add crumbled bacon.
    Toss well.
    Sauce can be made in advance.
    Serves 6.
    (Mushrooms, purple onion and cherry tomato are good additions.)
