Hearty Winter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. carrot slices
    1/2 c. celery slices
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. cubed ham
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Bring water, potatoes, carrots, and celery to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Yields 4 (1 cup) servings.
