Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 unbaked 8-inch pie shells
    8 tsp. brown Sugar Twin (equals 2 c. sugar; small spoon comes in box of Sugar Twin)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar or Sugar Twin, butter, buttermilk and coconut together in bowl.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
