Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (shell)
    6 slices bacon
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. light cream or half and half
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fresh ground black pepper
    few grains cayenne
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble into pie shell.
    Arrange Swiss cheese over bacon.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix for at least 1 minute.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake on lowest rack for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
