Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. cocktail peanuts
    2 c. unpeeled apples, cut into bite-size pieces (for color)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (save juice).
    Mix pineapple with marshmallows.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Mix juice from pineapple with flour, sugar, vinegar and egg.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool and refrigerate overnight.
