Old Fashioned Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, beaten eggs, cooled milk, butter and vanilla.
Place bread crumbs in casserole and dust with cinnamon and pour mixture over all.
Set casserole in pan of hot water; bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve warm with butterscotch sauce.
