Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1 flank steak (3/4-inch thick, 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 green pepper
    thin sliced ham
    thin slices Jack cheese
Preparation
    Marinate steak in mixture of oil, wine vinegar, garlic, parsley and black pepper for 2 hours at room temperature.
