Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
3 Tbsp. Honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry sherry (wine)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 boneless chicken breasts skinned
Preparation

Toast sesame seeds in a small frying pan over medium heat, shaking frequently until golden brown (approximately 5 minutes). Transfer seeds to a small bowl, blend with honey, mustard, sherry and lemon juice.
Arrange chicken breasts slightly apart in a pan. Pour sesame seed mixture evenly over chicken.
Bake uncovered in oven at 400\u00b0.
Baste several times with sesame mixture until meat is done.
