Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping Tbsp. cornflour
    1/2 pt. milk
    1 egg
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix cornflour with a little milk.
    Stir it into lukewarm milk in a saucepan, with yolk of egg, and bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
    Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
    Then stir in grated cheese and stiffly beaten white of egg.
    Pour into a greased baking dish and cook for about 20 minutes in a hot oven.
