3/4 c. cream or milk
6 large eggs
1/5 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
3 c. fresh fruit
cinnamon-sugar to dust top
Preparation

Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar.
Sift in flour, salt and baking powder.
Stir in fresh fruit(s).
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet (with handle removed).
Pour in batter; top with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake 15 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0, until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean.
Serve in wedges with your favorite sauce.
