Stuffed Artichokes* - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large artichokes
2/3 c. oil
1 c. Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 c. parsley flakes
3 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash artichokes thoroughly and trim points with scissors. Separate the leaves and stuff each leaf well with mixture.
Cook in deep well or steam cooker for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
