Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, dipped in flour and browned in oil
    1 large can V-8 cocktail juice
    3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    3 carrots, peeled and sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Put in crock-pot at bedtime on low to be ready to eat at noon or put in crock-pot in the morning on low to be ready for night meal.
