Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large (24 oz.) bottles catsup
    2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar (red)
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. or less salt
Preparation
    Mix together and boil 5 minutes.
    Put peppers (removing seed veins with rubber gloves on) in hot jars.
    Pour hot mixture over them and seal; let sit overnight before moving.
