Cheesy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 block Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes and onion until done in a large pot.
Turn heat down very low so it will no longer boil.
Just simmer.
Add margarine.
In shaker or with whisk, combine milk and flour and add to soup mixture to thicken.
Add grated Velveeta cheese; simmer until melted.
