Chinese Pepper Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flank steaks, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. oil
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
1 green pepper, cut in large pieces
Preparation

Combine bouillon cube and water.
Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and sugar together; marinate meat in it.
Set aside.
