Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla or coconut flavoring
    1 (8 oz.) can coconut
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Put everything in a large bowl and mix with a tablespoon until mixed well.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
