Ground Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 (3 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 whole chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    12 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    8 oz. finest noodles, cooked
    3/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Season and brown ground chuck.
    Add tomato paste and let cool. When cool, add onion, green pepper and oregano.
    Blend cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.
    Cook noodles.
    Place in casserole in layers, noodles, cheese and meat.
    Repeat with meat on top.
    Pour sherry over all (around edges).
    Let stand overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour uncovered.
