Marinated Barbecued Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 green onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 lb. venison chops, loins or steaks
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey and vinegar.
    Blend in garlic powder and ginger.
    Add oil and onion.
    Place meat in plastic food bag. Pour marinade over the top. Close bag. Refrigerate 4 hours or longer, turning every hour.
    Drain meat. Grill to desired taste, basting occasionally, with marinade. Serves 4.
    (Can use roast also.)
