Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak, cut up in small pieces
    1 chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    3 to 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or to your liking)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mushrooms (optional)
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut steak up; flour and cook in cooking oil until tender.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and onion; saute until tender, then add tomato soup and sour cream.
    Cook another 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add water as needed.
    Serve over hot rice.
