Peach Pie Alaska - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. diced peaches
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth.
Blend in Cool Whip and add fruit. Pour into 1 baked and cooled pie crust.
Chill about three hours before serving.
