Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, cut into squares
1 Tbsp. reserved bacon fat
1 medium diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
1 can red kidney beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Cut bacon into squares and brown.
Pour off all fat except 1 tablespoon.
Add and brown medium, finely diced onion, garlic and ground beef.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on slow flame for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
