Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavor
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 Tbsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add flour, soda and salt, sifted together.
Then add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Mix well and bake in an oblong or tube pan for 1 hour or until done.
