Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed stew beef
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    4 large carrots, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 large potatoes, diced
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef until tender, in a large pot.
    Lower to medium heat. Add carrots, celery, garlic, onion and potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
