Creamy Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
1 c. hot water
1 can Pet milk, chilled
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in quarters
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Chill until slightly thickened, then whip Jell-O, sugar, vanilla and softened cream cheese together.
Clean beaters off, then whip Pet milk until it is real stiff.
Combine Jell-O mixture, whipped milk, pineapple, nuts and cherries.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch Tupperware flat pan. Chill and cut into squares or serve in a large bowl.
