Sister Froud Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well and bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
Ice with Seven-Minute Icing with coconut.
This is a very moist cake.
