Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. thin sliced, peeled potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish or a 2-quart casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onions.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
