Classic Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice, cooked and cooled
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop pickles and onions real fine. Mix all ingredients together and keep salad refrigerated.
