12 jumbo shell macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese (2 oz.)
1 slightly beaten egg white
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. walnuts
1 can spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook shells according to package. Drain and set aside.
