Oyster Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped leeks (white part only)
1/4 c. chopped yellow onions
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 pt. freshly-shucked oysters (with their liquid reserved separately)
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. peeled, diced and boiled potatoes, cooked just al dente
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 green onions, finely minced
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter

Croutons (in 1/2-inch dices) seasoned with olive oil, parsley, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
