Fresh Cabbage Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 strips bacon
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced green pepper
1/2 c. onion rings
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
pepper
Preparation
-
Fry bacon until crisp,
drain
and remove.
Add rest of ingredients and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender,
stir
occasionally.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a little of pepper.
Remove to serving dish and
sprinkle
with
crisp bacon crumbled over top.
