Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. rice, cooked
    1 1/2 c. small green grapes
    1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. almonds, toasted and slivered
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients; let stand while preparing remaining salad ingredients.
    Gently toss together all ingredients.
    Makes 12 servings.
