Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    vegetable oil
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and cut into bite size pieces
Preparation
    Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, oregano and dry mustard, stirring well.
    Dip chicken in milk and dredge in flour mixture.
    Heat 1-inch of oil in large skillet.
    Add chicken; fry approximately 5 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper towels.
