Gazpacho Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. low-fat Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    3/4 c. chopped red pepper
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 1/2 c. mild picante salsa
    1/8 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine beans, corn, rice, cheese, red pepper, celery and green onions.
    Set aside.
