Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and sugar together.
Cut in shortening with pastry blender. Add beaten egg and milk which have been mixed together.
Mix and shape into ball.
Lightly roll pastry into circle 1-inch larger than pie plate.
Pat out air bubbles, fold edges under and crimp.
Prick entire crust before baking. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Make more than one pie shell.
