Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping c. shortening or lard
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Beat egg and add water, vinegar and salt.
    Mix thoroughly and add egg mixture to flour mixture; mix as usual.
    Form into ball or log and refrigerate.
    If you want to freeze, refrigerate several hours, cut into sections and freeze.
