Sausage, Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
4 c. cooked rice (2 c. uncooked)
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
8 oz. corn, drained
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
Preparation
-
Saute sausage slices until lightly browned.
Prepare rice. Add beans, corn, pepper and salsa.
Continue cooking until pepper is tender.
Serve over rice.
