Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts (boneless)
    2 or 3 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or 8 oz. sour cream
    2 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Place in bottom of casserole dish. Mix in mayo (or sour cream) with soup; pour over chicken.
    Melt butter in separate bowl.
    Crumble crackers and mix with butter. Put on top of soup mixture and add poppy seed on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until it bubbles in the middle.
