Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 manicotti (about 1/4 lb.)
2 c. (1 lb.) cottage cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook manicotti noodles until tender; drain.
Combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Fill manicotti. Arrange manicotti in shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2-inch).
