Shrimp, Pea And Mushroom Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    3/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas or pea pods
    1/4 c. minced green onion
    1 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    Blend cornstarch, salt, sugar, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce and garlic.
    Heat wok or large skillet.
    Add oil and mushrooms, fry 1 minute.
    Add peas and onion, fry 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp, cook until pink.
    Add chicken broth mixture and cook until thick.
    Serve with hot cooked rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
