Guacamole Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
2 ripe medium avocados, mashed
1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
dash of hot pepper sauce
1 head chopped lettuce
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green peppers, diced
6 sliced, hard-boiled eggs
1 medium onion, diced
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
8 to 10 cooked bacon strips, crumbled

Preparation

Then mix 2 cups of Miracle Whip with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Spread on top of layers in dish.
Then sprinkle one package of shredded Cheddar cheese on top of that.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
