Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. graham crackers, crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with mixer until creamy.
Then beat in egg and maple flavoring. Add graham cracker crumbs and flour, blending thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
