Summer Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pecans (crush in blender)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Crush crackers.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar and nuts.
    Beat egg whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar with vanilla.
    Fold into mixture.
    Spoon into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
