Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation

Cream the margarine.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Beat until fluffy.
Blend in chocolate, then eggs one at a time.
Add extracts, then blend in Cool Whip.
Chill for several hours.
Top with chocolate curls or crushed peppermint candy.
