Surprise Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, blending until smooth.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured round pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 minutes. Frost with white or cream cheese frosting.
