Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar Roka cheese
finely chopped pecans or walnuts
a little onion juice (1/2 tsp. or to taste)
1 tsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. parsley, cut fine to cover ball
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except the nuts and parsley.
Make into a ball.
Roll in nuts and parsley to cover the ball and chill.
