Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar (white)
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt, baking powder and soda
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 bananas (may be from frozen)
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend shortening, eggs and sugar; add flour, salt, baking powder, soda and salt alternately with milk.
    Add nuts and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
    Muffins usually take 20 minutes.
