Piquant Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Perdue skinless chicken thighs
    1 lemon juice and finely grated zest
    1 tsp. canola oil
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. water
    salt and ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim off and discard visible fat from thighs.
    In a bowl combine lemon juice and zest, oil, paprika, oregano, onion powder, water, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken, cover and marinate refrigerated for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
    Remove from marinade and grill or broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source until cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes per side.
